The client — a law firm — sought to automate the auditing of sales calls and reduce regulatory risks across various business units. They needed a system capable of automatically analyzing call recordings, detecting compliance breaches, identifying deviations from brand guidelines, and flagging potential legal risks.

We built a cloud-based AI platform that fully automates the call auditing process. The system transcribes recorded conversations using AWS Transcribe, analyzes them against configurable compliance rules, and flags potential violations for review by specialists.
The solution architecture integrates modern cloud services (Azure Cognitive Services, AWS Transcribe), a React-based frontend, and a Python backend powered by PostgreSQL.
