We are looking for an active and goal-oriented full-cycle Sales manager to join our IT company to work in the international market.
We hope to find a professional who can successfully generate leads, interact with potential clients and the internal pre-sales preparation team, skillfully present our offerings, close deals, support the ongoing work and maintain relationships with acquired clients.
Responsibilities:
- Selling software development services
- Lead generation
- Interacting with clients, discussing projects requirements
- Collaborating with the pre-sales team to prepare and present proposals to clients
- Negotiating and concluding contracts
- Supporting projects on the commercial side
- Correct and timely filling of CRM
Requirements:
- Experience in sales in the IT outsourcing sphere
- Experience working in the international market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to persuasively address clients
- Experience with lead search platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn
- Good understanding of the sales process, including negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Fluent spoken and written English sufficient for conducting business negotiations and communicating with clients
- General IT literacy; understanding of software development specifics will be a big plus
