Challenge

The client — a law firm — sought to automate the auditing of sales calls and reduce regulatory risks across various business units. They needed a system capable of automatically analyzing call recordings, detecting compliance breaches, identifying deviations from brand guidelines, and flagging potential legal risks.

The main challenge was to process large volumes of data from different industries while supporting dynamically updated compliance rules.

Solution

We built a cloud-based AI platform that fully automates the call auditing process. The system transcribes recorded conversations using AWS Transcribe, analyzes them against configurable compliance rules, and flags potential violations for review by specialists.

The solution architecture integrates modern cloud services (Azure Cognitive Services, AWS Transcribe), a React-based frontend, and a Python backend powered by PostgreSQL.

• End-to-end automated analysis: Call recordings are transcribed to text, automatically analyzed for compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, and flagged for possible violations.
• Self-learning capabilities: Client specialists can upload new rules and guidelines (PDF, Word) without developer involvement; the system incorporates these updates into future analyses.
• Enterprise-ready: Role-based access control (Super Admin, Admin, Auditor, Staff), multi-tenant architecture for isolated data and rule sets, and CRM API integration for automated report delivery.

The solution significantly reduced the time required for compliance audits, minimized human error in detecting violations, and ensured adaptability to evolving compliance requirements across industries.
