We were tasked with the development of a request management system for internal use. The system’s main goal is to automate and simplify the process of creating, tracking and managing requests.
To simplify the process of claim processing for our client, we have developed a Microsoft Power Automate based system. A Power Apps-based mobile app allows employees to create claims and requests, which are then processed via a separate web-based PowerApps app.
Employees can set up recurring requests, like monthly document requests, and view archived requests. All relevant data is stored in SharePoint Online.
Power Apps allows for a flexible workflow as apps created this way can be used both via mobile and web. This workflow makes it easy to process hundreds of claims the company receives daily.
